When Palm Springs residents and frequent visitors think of Mexican food in Palm Springs, they immediately think of Las Casuelas Terraza. It is a family-friendly Mexican restaurant that offers everyday fun, a Kid’s Night Out in the summer on Wednesday nights as well as special events. Some of the dishes that we have enjoyed and recommend are: the Carne Asada plate, the shrimp fajitas and the creamy guacamole. On the Kid’s Menu we recommend the Taco Plate or if you child is not into Mexican food -yet- we recommend the chicken strips and fries. We also greatly enjoyed the fried ice cream! The service was efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is festive and lively.
